Tell us about yourself, why you are passionate about what you do, and your journey so far. Fashion, Feature Photographer Celebrities, Jacket Photographer Video Art Director(Music Video, Choreography, Commercial film) I want to live a life to realize my dream. I want to work for my dream rather than for life. I live in Seoul. I traveled way to the other side of the earth. What are your goals and how do you see yourself progressing in the field? I always think of this saying " Nobody can do anything that nobody can do." Our job is to show a more creative art to others. If people say you are a flake, this is the best compliment. My goal is put my thoughts in one photograph, and I want to convey my thoughts to the people. I always check elements, all staffs in the field. because the field is very active and dynamic. it is impossible to predict which changes will occur. Because, I always check the elements, all staffs, and all equipments to minimize the change. How do you communicate with people? Are you patient? Are you friendly? How open are you to clients’ requirements? I present reference to the other person to replace the concept I thought. I have a lot of talk with the other person for the concept. tTalk and reference is a very important factor in creating a creations that are mutually satisfying. If you had to do it over again, what would you change? Self-satisfaction can never develop myself. I always simulation my field again and again and again..because self-reflection gives me many changes. Who is your hero, and how have they helped you get to where you are? When I was working in the entertainment, vice president is my hero. she's name is taeshin kim. she had a lot of idea and leadership. How important are creative education courses? Have you taken any, and did you find them useful? Personally I don't think the creative education courses is important. because technology can be taught, but creative is not something ourselves can learn. I think it is most important to see things with different thoughts and different eyes from others. Do you have any tips for someone who is just starting out in the industry? Impatience is a deadly poison. If you build a house quickly, it collapses quickly. I hope to build a dream building slowly and meticulously. I advise myself too.
