"I normally never have a conflict with a colleague, I'm extremely kind to others, but if for some reason another colleague and I come to a disagreement I'd be sure to hear their opinion out."

Tell us something about yourself. What you do, passion and aspiration in life?
My passion is to be one of the world's most amazing models, to walk in runway shows across the globe. My aspiration in life would be to be happy and take care of my family.
Who is your inspiration in life? How do you keep inspired?
My inspiration is Naomi Campbell and Tyra Banks; I stay inspired by these amazing ladies because they continue to pursue their dreams no matter what tries to cut them off in life while trying to pursue their happiness.
What is your aspiration in life?
My aspiration in life is to be happy and be able to take care of my family.
We all make mistakes we wish we could take back. Tell me about a time you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I normally never have a conflict with a colleague, I'm extremely kind to others, but if for some reason another colleague and I come to a disagreement I'd be sure to hear their opinion out.
When you’re working with a large number of customers, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. How do you go about prioritising your customers’ needs?
Patients Is a Virtue, those who show respect gain respect in return. Always remain calm and try my best to give them all the up most respect.
Tell me about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities.
I live with my single mother, and we raise my baby brother together, there are times with both work, and we have to find ways around getting him to practice, so I take my 30 min break right before his training begins to pick him up to drop him off and get back to work!
Give me an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
By Working together instead of splitting our patients in half to get the job done quickly and to satisfy our patients with fast service.
Tell me about your proudest professional accomplishment.
I've worked in the same facility for three years; I started off as a dietary aid in high school till I graduated and went to school to become a Nurse Aid and I'm still at the same facility.
Give me an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
During a photo shoot for my birthday we got to throw confetti around which turned awesome, but the clean up after was work.
What was your most challenging encounter? How did you deal with it?
My most challenging encounter would be my very first runway show, I kept repeating to myself "your the spotlight" to make myself feel famous.
What advice could you give to the people who are reading this?
Be Yourself, because no one is going to wear your name for you, so be honest.
