"Everyone can fit the model type. It's up to the client to decide which person can "fit" their brand."
We all love "unique" in the fashion industry, and Pili Opal is exactly that! From her name, to her face, to her style, and to her shape, she really is unique. And she recognises that there is an international demand for models just like herself. Pili has come a long way in a short period of time, with one of her highlights being featured on the reality TV show, "Take me out Thailand".

Tell us about yourself: Why do you want to work as a model? Why are you interested in modelling as a career?
I enjoy meeting a variety of people and experiencing different workplaces. Also, I like to stand in front of the camera.
How important is modelling education: Have you attended modelling courses? What related courses or studies have you taken?
I have been working as a model for couple of years and I think the best courses are from the "real world", i.e. the experience you get from modelling jobs. Be opened minded when you receive criticism.
What do you think makes someone “fit” to be a model?
Everyone can fit the model type. It's up to the client to decide which person can "fit" their brand.
What are your goals as a model? How do you see yourself progressing in this field?
I can see that I am progressing every year on my modelling career, with more agencies and work.
What do you know about the advertisement industry, advertising psychology and photography?
I know that some pictures in the industry have been over retouched so it can "fit" the expectations that customers have. But also, social media has created a whole new world in advertising. I think every model should practice in photography so that you can learn how you need to position yourself.
How do you communicate with people? Are you patient? Are you friendly? How open are you to clients’ requirements?
I am quite open. I have always been social and have been working in positions that require me to meet customers with respect, and be patient and friendly to them.
Do you eat nutritiously? How often do you exercise or go to the gym?
I have my own gym so I am quite into nutrition and exercise. I am training everyday.
What is your dream role as a model?
I would love to be a model in the mark of fitness, sport and heath/lifestyle. I would like to be a positive role model for others, to show them how important it is to take care of your body and eat healthily so that you can live a long and good life.
Do you have any limitations? How do you define your boundaries when choosing to accept a modelling request?
I can't see any limitations that can affect the work I can get in my model carrier.
State your availability: Would you travel? Work full-time, part-time? Any hours?
I can travel and I have been travelling for different modelling agencies.
Tell us what's your memorable experience so far.
The best memories about my modelling career so far would be the opportunity to meet all the different people I have meet.
